Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
2-Chloro-5-cyanopyridine undergoes nucleophilic aromatic substitution with a deprotected piperidinylamine nicotinamide intermediate under basic conditions, introducing the 5-cyanopyridin-2-yl group into the 4,6-diaminonicotinamide scaffold to afford low-nanomolar JAK3 inhibitors[2].
