Winner Selection and Notification:
• Travel Grant recipients will be selected by the MCE scientific review panel （PhDs）
• Selected recipients will be notified by email following the application deadline for the relevant conference. MCE may also announce the names, affiliations, and research information of award recipients on the MCE website and other official MCE communication channels, subject to the applicable consent and privacy terms.

Permitted Usage:
•Funds are strictly designated for conference registration fees, travel logistics, and accommodation expenses.
Payment & Reimbursement
•Applicants are responsible for upfront costs and managing personal travel arrangements, including visas and bookings.
•Disbursed via reimbursement upon submission of valid receipts and proof of attendance.
•Travel grant funds (up to €800) will be disbursed upon verification of conference registration and travel documentation.
Grant Obligations
•By accepting the funding, recipients agree to display the MCE logo and acknowledgement of support where applicable. These may include, but are not limited to: conference posters, presentation slides, social media shares, and related promotional media.
•Post-Event Summary: A ~250-word research reflection, personal photo, and scientific image must be uploaded within 30 days post-conference.
