ABCG2-IN-6 is a selective ABCG2 inhibitor that inhibits substrate efflux and stimulates ATPase activity. ABCG2-IN-6 can be used for breast cancer research^[1].

ABCG2-IN-6 (compound B5) (0.1-50 μM; 72 h) exhibits no cytotoxicity up to 5 μM and reverses ABCG2-mediated SN-38 (HY-13704)/Mitoxantrone (HY-13502) resistance in HEK293-ABCG2 and H460MX20 cells at 2.5 μM^[1].

Others

ABCG2-IN-6 (3-30 μM; 10-30 min) stimulates ABCG2-specific ATPase activity in A431-ABCG2 membrane preparations^[1].
ABCG2-IN-6 (0-30 μM; 30 min) inhibits ABCG2-mediated Hoechst 33342 efflux in HEK293-ABCG2 cells with an IC₅₀ of 2.70 μM^[1].
