(+)-KF15232 relaxes guinea pig aortic rings precontracted with 10 µM PHE in a concentration-dependent manner^[1].

Regulation of Cardiac Pump Function

(+)-KF15232 ((+)-1) (1-100 μM) exhibits the strongest myofibrillar Ca²⁺ sensitizing activity among the tested compounds in skinned guinea pig papillary muscle fibers^[1].

Others

(+)-KF15232 (10-30 min) inhibits bovine arterial PDE III and PDE V with IC₅₀ values of 300 and 1000 nM, respectively, but does not inhibit canine cardiac PDE III at a concentration of 1000 nM, and also has no inhibitory effect on bovine arterial PDE IV (>10000 nM)^[1].
(+)-KF15232 produces a concentration-dependent positive inotropic response in isolated guinea pig papillary muscles^[1].
