ADRA2A antagonist 2 (Compound 5) (0.1 nM-10 μM; 15 min) is a potent ADRA2A antagonist in ADRA2A-overexpressing Chem-1 cells (IC₅₀ = 34 nM), and its ADRA1A antagonistic effect is significantly reduced^[1].
ADRA2A antagonist 2 (1-10 μM; 72 h) shows no cytotoxicity in NHDF cells after exposure at up to 10 μM for 72 h^[1].
ADRA2A antagonist 2 (5 μM; 6 h) is stable in rat plasma, with 89% remaining at 6 h^[1].
