Aiolos degrader-1 (compound 26) (10 μM; 5 days) inhibits the proliferation of Lenalidomide (HY-A0003)-resistant H929 R10-1 multiple myeloma cells, with an IC₅₀ of 20.5 nM^[1].
Aiolos degrader-1 (10 μM; 4 h) degrades Aiolos in DF15 multiple myeloma cells, with an EC₅₀ of 0.5 nM and a Y_min of 12^[1].
