AKT-IN-29
AKT-IN-29 is a potent Akt1 inhibitor with IC50 = 0.209 μM. AKT-IN-29 inhibits this kinase by forming multiple stable interactions with the Akt1 active site, thereby disrupting the mitochondrial membrane potential and activating the caspase-3 cascade, ultimately inducing apoptosis via the intrinsic pathway. AKT-IN-29 can be used for research on breast cancer.
