α-Glucosidase-IN-127 (10 min pre-incubation at 25°C) inhibits porcine pancreatic α-amylase with an IC₅₀ of 21.88 μM^[1].

Oxidative Stress

α-Glucosidase-IN-127 (1000 mM; 30 min dark incubation at room temperature) scavenges DPPH radicals with 11.89% inhibition at 1000 mM^[1].
