In Vitro
ANB032 reduces dendritic cell maturation in in vitro assays.
ANB032 reduces T cell proliferation and secretion of IFN-γ, IL-5, IL-13, and IL-17A, and downregulates BTLA expression during T cell stimulation in PBMCs[1].
