Anti-uPAR Antibody
Anti-uPAR Antibody (FL1; FL1-PNU antibody) is a monoclonal antibody targeting uPAR that binds uPAR and promotes lysosomal payload delivery through aggregation-mediated endocytosis. Anti-uPAR Antibody can be used in ADC synthesis-related research, such as serving as the carrier antibody for FL1-PNU.

In Vitro
Anti-uPAR Antibody ‑derived fluorescent tracer A647‑FL1 undergoes robust uPAR‑dependent cellular and lysosomal internalization in uPAR‑positive U937 and KPC cells, and this uptake process does not rely on LRP1 as evidenced by the observation that the LRP1 antagonist RAP cannot abolish internalization[1].
