Antifungal agent 174 (compound 7c) potently inhibits mycelial growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum with an inhibition rate of 89.6% at 50 μg/mL, while showing weaker activity against Fusarium graminearum (42.7%), Botryosphaeria dothidea (54.6%), and Valsa mali (30.9%)^[1].
