Antioxidant agent-26 is a DPPH free radical scavenger. Antioxidant agent-26 has broad-spectrum ultraviolet absorption properties and iron-reducing ability. Antioxidant agent-26 blocks the hERG potassium channel and reduces the tail current. Antioxidant agent-26 inhibits the proliferation of dermatophytes and tumor cells. Antioxidant agent-26 can be used in research related to T-cell leukemia, melanoma, and dermatophytosis.

Fungal Infection

Antioxidant agent-26 (100 µg/mL; 7 days) exhibited significant anti-dermatophyte activity against M. gypseum and E. floccosum^[1].

Anti-cancer

Antioxidant agent-26 (100 µM; 2-4 days) exhibits the strongest activity against CEM and SK-Mel 5 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 2.0 µM and 5.3 µM, respectively^[1].
