Antiproliferative agent-79 (49A) (50-100 μM) inhibits proliferation of A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells at 50 μM, does not rescue tps1Δ yeast strain growth on glucose, and has a lower A549 proliferation IC₅₀ ratio than WBC-A^[1].
