In Vitro
AZ-008 (2000 µM) binds the same 14-3-3σ pocket in the presence or absence of p53pT387 and increases the amount of 14-3-3σ/p53pT387 complex in solution as shown by TROSY-HSQC NMR[1].
AZ-008 (1 mM; 1 h) increases the binding of 14-3-3σ to the fluorescently labeled p53pT387 peptide in FP, consistent with a weak stabilizing effect[1].
AZ-008 (1 mM) stabilizes the binding of 14-3-3σ to the immobilized p53pT387 peptide in SPR, consistent with a weak stabilizing effect[1].
