ADP-ribose diphosphatase is a phosphohydrolase found in viruses and cellular organisms. It hydrolyzes ADP-D-ribose into AMP and D-ribose 5-phosphate. In cells it recycles ADP-ribose. It features a Nudix hydrolase fold.
