GlcAGroAc2:mannosyltransferase is a membrane glycosyltransferase found in Bacteria and Eukaryota. It transfers an alpha-D-mannopyranosyl residue from GDP-alpha-D-mannose onto 1,2-di-O-C16/C18:1-(alpha-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid)-(1->3)-glycerol in an alpha-(1->4) linkage, releasing GDP and producing the corresponding mannosylated glycerolipid. It participates in the biosynthesis of diacylated glucuronosyl glycerol membrane glycolipids.
