HCC44 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. HCC44 is used as an in vitro model of Lung adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
