Hydroxyjasmonate sulfotransferase is the Arabidopsis thaliana hormone-detoxifying enzyme. It transfers sulfate from PAPS onto 12-hydroxyjasmonate (also 11-hydroxyjasmonate), releasing adenosine 3',5'-bisphosphate and 12-sulfooxyjasmonate, inactivating the jasmonate signal. Expected in Arabidopsis thaliana.
