Definition:

KYSE-510 is a human cancer cell line derived from Esophagus and associated with Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. KYSE-510 is used as an in vitro model of Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, mitochondrial function, and cytotoxicity.
