Molybdate-transporting ATPase is an ABC-type ATPase with two similar ATP-binding domains that does not become phosphorylated; it imports molybdate anions. It hydrolyzes ATP to bring in molybdate. In bacteria it supplies Mo for molybdoenzymes. It features an ABC transporter.
