Oxalomalate lyase is a C-C lyase found in Gluconobacter oxydans. It cleaves 3-oxalomalate into oxaloacetate and glyoxylate, participating in the microbial degradation of oxalomalate and in glyoxylate metabolism. Structurally it is an alpha/beta-fold oxalate-decarboxylase-like lyase.
