Precorrin-6A reductase (aerobic, late cobalt insertion) reduces the C18=C19 double bond of precorrin-6B to precorrin-6A with NADPH, in aerobic adenosylcobalamin biosynthesis (cf. anaerobic cobalt-precorrin EC 1.3.1.106).
