Prolycopene isomerase (CRTISO) requires FADH2 and completes carotenoid biosynthesis by isomerizing 7,9,7',9'-tetracis-lycopene into all-trans-lycopene. It is found in Eukaryota and Bacteria. Structurally it is a carotenoid isomerase.
