Pseudolaratriene synthase is a diterpene cyclase isolated from Pseudolarix amabilis (golden larch). It cyclizes geranylgeranyl diphosphate into pseudolaratriene and diphosphate; the product is oxidized to pseudolaric acid B, a microtubule-destabilizing agent. Structurally it is a diterpene cyclase.
