Sesterfisherol synthase is a sesterterpene cyclase isolated from the fungus Neosartorya fischeri (Aspergillus fischeri). With water it cyclizes (2E,6E,10E,14E)-geranylfarnesyl diphosphate into sesterfisherol and diphosphate. Structurally it is a class I sesterterpene cyclase.
