Thiol sulfotransferase is the thiol-sulfating enzyme. It transfers sulfate from PAPS onto a thiol (glutathione, dithioerythritol, 2,3-dimercaptopropanol), releasing adenosine 3',5'-bisphosphate and an S-alkyl thiosulfate; dithiols also act. Expected in Eukaryota and Bacteria.
