Tricyclene synthase is a class I monoterpene cyclase from tomato (Solanum lycopersicum). It cyclizes geranyl diphosphate into a mixture of tricyclene, camphene, beta-myrcene, limonene and traces of other monoterpenoids (see EC 4.2.3.117, EC 4.2.3.15, EC 4.2.3.16). It appears in viruses and cellular organisms. Structurally it is a monoterpene cyclase.
