WI-38 VA13 is a human Fibroblast of lung transformed cell line derived from Fetal lung. WI-38 VA13 is immortalized or transformed by Simian virus 40 (SV40). WI-38 VA13 is used to investigate cellular phenotype, signal transduction, and pharmacological response in a controlled cellular system.
