CAIX/XII-IN-19 is a selective CA IX/XII inhibitor with Ki values of 9.0 and 3.7 nM for hCA IX and hCA XII, respectively. CAIX/XII-IN-19 inhibits Cathepsin B. CAIX/XII-IN-19 exhibits anticancer activity against lung adenocarcinoma.
