Biological Activity: Chromozym t-PA is a chromogenic peptide substrate for factor VIIa and tPA. Chromozym t-PA is hydrolyzed by the serine protease factor VIIa, and its amidolytic activity is enhanced in the presence of tissue factor, releasing p-nitroaniline. Chromozym t-PA serves as a key biochemical reagent for evaluating and measuring the activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) and related proteases, and can be applied in biochemistry and clinical diagnostics[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9].
