Biological Activity: M2WJ332 is an inhibitor of the M2 proton channel of the influenza A virus M2S31N mutant M2. M2WJ332 potently inhibits the influenza A virus A/M2-S31N proton channel in Xenopus laevis oocytes, with an IC50 of 16 μM.
