Biological Activity: LRRK2-IN-23 is a G2019S-LRRK2 and wild-type LRRK2 kinase inhibitor (IC50 < 0.2 nM for G2019S-LRRK2; IC50 = 0.3 nM for wild-type LRRK2). It inhibits LRRK2 autophosphorylation and substrate Rab10 phosphorylation in cell lines overexpressing wild-type or mutant LRRK2, and exhibits selectivity for the mutant form. LRRK2-IN-23 can be used for research on Parkinson's disease[1].
