Biological Activity: Lacto-N-neodifucohexaose II (LNnDFH II) is a neutral difucosylated human milk oligosaccharide (HMO). Lacto-N-neodifucohexaose II is a characteristic HMO associated with the non-secretor phenotype in human milk, and its concentration pattern is positively correlated with the colonization of B. breve in the infant gut[2].
