Biological Activity: PD13 is an SDH inhibitor and Antifungal agent. PD13 induces cellular ATP depletion and inhibits conidial germination, appressorium formation, hyphal growth, and invasive hyphal development. PD13 remains active against various ubiquinone-site SDHI cross-resistant Magnaporthe oryzae strains. PD13 can be used for research on rice blast[1].
