Dimethandrolone undecanoate is cleaved to the active Dimethandrolone, which then mediates androgenic and progestational effects, stimulating ventral prostate and levator ani muscle weight. Dimethandrolone undecanoate suppresses serum LH. Dimethandrolone undecanoate can be used in research on hypogonadism[1].
