Biological Activity: (5S,2Z)-15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 glutathione ((5S,2Z)-15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-PGJ2 Glutathione) is an isomer of 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 glutathione (HY-125737). 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 glutathione is a glutathione conjugate that can be obtained by the reaction of 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 with glutathione. 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 glutathione is an ATP-dependent transport substrate of MRP1 and MRP3. 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 glutathione can be used for breast cancer research[1].
