Biological Activity: Bonducellin is an efflux pump inhibitor and an EthD bromide (HY-D0021) sensitivity modulator. Bonducellin inhibits angiogenesis, proliferation, migration, and colony formation by regulating MMP9 gene expression, inhibiting iNOS and TNF-α/IL-12 production, inducing apoptosis, and targeting METTL3. Bonducellin can be used in research on tuberculosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and colorectal cancer[1][2][3][4][5][6].
