Biological Activity: Tralkoxydim (PP604) is an orally effective herbicide. Tralkoxydim inhibits ACCase (IC50 of 0.5 μM in Lolium rigidum), blocking ATP-dependent acetyl-CoA carboxylation to malonyl-CoA and fatty acid biosynthesis; it activates HRP-catalyzed TMB/PDA peroxidation. Tralkoxydim can be used for research on hepatic porphyria[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8].
