Biological Activity: Ginsenoside Ra3 is an OATP1B1/OATP1B3 inhibitor that blocks organic anion-transporting polypeptide-mediated cellular uptake. Ginsenoside Ra3 targets PIK3CA (the catalytic subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase) and PIK3CG (the catalytic subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase γ), both of which are components of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. Ginsenoside Ra3 targets AR, an androgen receptor that regulates PSA expression. Ginsenoside Ra3 inhibits platelet aggregation[1][2][3].
