Chuanxiongnolide R1 (compound 1) (50 μM; pre-incubated for 1 h before LPS (HY-D1056) treatment, followed by co-incubation with LPS for 24 h) significantly inhibits LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages, with an inhibition rate of 67.32%, and exhibits minimal effects on cell viability^[1].
