Cilinaphthalide B
Cilinaphthalide B is an integrin αIIbβ3 inhibitor and a phthalide derivative that inhibits platelet aggregation by binding to integrin αIIbβ3 and interfering with the conformational changes required for its activation, and it exhibits cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines. Cilinaphthalide B can be used in antiplatelet and anticancer-related research.
