COX-2-IN-72 is a Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.78 mg/mL. COX-2-IN-72 reduces LPS (HY-D1056)-induced COX-2 protein levels and prostaglandin-mediated inflammation. COX-2-IN-72 has antimycobacterial activity. COX-2-IN-72 can be used in research related to tuberculosis.
