Demissidine
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Demissidine is an alkaloid aglycone that can be isolated from Solanum tuberosum. Demissidine is a dual inhibitor candidate that shows activity against β-secretase and γ-secretase in silico. Demissidine has antibacterial and antiparasitic activities. Demissidine also has weak anticancer and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activities. Demissidine can be used in research on colon cancer, liver cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and Chagas disease.
