DSPE-PEG2000-Sialic acid
DSPE-PEG2000-Sialic acid is an inducer that enhances liposome release by increasing surface hydrophilicity and water permeability. DSPE-PEG2000-Sialic acid-modified liposomes accumulate at the tumor periphery, a region enriched with tumor-associated macrophages. DSPE-PEG2000-Sialic acid can be used to modify the liposome surface.
