ER-076349-d3
ER-076349-d3 (Eribulin intermediate-d3) is the deuterated-labeled ER-076349 (HY-42484). ER-076349 (Eribulin intermediate) is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization, induces G2-M cell cycle arrest, and disrupts mitotic spindles. ER-076349 inhibits cancer cell growth, and inhibits tumor growth in several human tumor xenografts. ER-076349 is an analog of Halichondrin B.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
