GnRH antagonist 1
GnRH antagonist 1 (Relugolix impurity 1) is a GnRH receptor antagonist that blocks the binding of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in the anterior pituitary, thereby inhibiting the secretion of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone. GnRH antagonist 1 can be used for research on endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and prostate cancer.
