HBP-10
HBP-10 is an anticancer agent containing a Michael acceptor. HBP-10 induces intracellular ROS accumulation, triggering IRE1α-JNK/CHOP-mediated ER stress, γ-H2AX-positive DNA damage, and caspase-dependent apoptosis (apoptosis). HBP-10's above effects are attenuated by NAC (HY-B0215). HBP-10 exerts antiproliferative and cytotoxic effects on NSCLC cells and shows certain selectivity for NSCLC cells. HBP-10 can be used for research on EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer.

In Vitro
HBP-10 (24 h) inhibits cell viability, with an IC50 of 45.15 μM in H1975 cells, 69.54 μM in HCC827 cells, 58.76 μM in A549 cells, and >200 μM in HEK293 cells[1].
HBP-10 (50 μM) induces DNA damage signaling in H1975 cells, as evidenced by increased γ-H2AX[1].
HBP-10 (50 μM) reduces viable H1975 cells and increases PI-positive and calcein-negative damaged cells[1].
