HDAC4/HDAC7-IN-1
HDAC4/HDAC7-IN-1 is a TMP269 (HY-18360)-derived HDAC4/HDAC7 selective inhibitor. HDAC4/HDAC7-IN-1 selectively inhibits HDAC7-dependent transcription relative to HDAC4-dependent transcription. HDAC4/HDAC7-IN-1 selectively disrupts the HDAC7-Aiolos protein interaction but does not interfere with the HDAC4-JunB complex.=HDAC4/HDAC7-IN-1 can be used for research on HDAC4/HDAC7-mediated related diseases, such as inflammatory diseases.
