HDAC4-IN-3
HDAC4-IN-3 is a class IIa HDAC4 inhibitor. HDAC4-IN-3 disrupts the HDAC4-JunB transcriptional complex, thereby blocking HDAC4 cooperation with JunB to activate Th17 signature genes, and disrupts HDAC4-JunB interactions in Th17 cells with no detectable effect on HDAC7-Aiolos binding.
