HTTIPKV
HTTIPKV is a CAF-selective peptide. HTTIPKV specifically binds to recombinant TAS2R9. HTTIPKV selectively localizes to cancer-associated fibroblasts and the stroma of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Conjugation of HTTIPKV to liposomes enhances tumor accumulation and improves delivery of encapsulated CXCR2 inhibitors, thereby reducing tumor growth. HTTIPKV can be used for research on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
